Not necessarily, but as a former brand designer, I will say it is a huge help. Having a clear, strong brand identity makes both of our jobs easier. Ideally, most clients come to me with some basic branding - logos, color palette, fonts (and you will be my favorite if you have brand photos - if you don't I have some recs!)
I'm also happy to work together with your web designer for a seamless website transition!
All full website copywriting projects include the Deep Dive! For sales pages and email marketing, we do a "light" version of this during our kickoff call to get a feel for your brand messaging. Blogging clients will receive an initial questionnaire.
Website copywriting projects are going to take the longest, averaging 8-12 weeks for a full site! Sales page copywriting is about a 4-week timeline, and both email marketing and blog writing are offered in packages and monthly retainer options, with a 3-month minimum.
The most important thing I need from you is excitement about this next chapter, and communication. I love to work collaboratively with my clients, and by my messaging, you can see that you're an integral part of the process! You don't need to have everything figured out, you just need to be willing to show up.
